We are committed to delivering your sacred and decor items with the utmost care, ensuring they reach you safely and in a timely manner. Our packaging process is specialized to protect delicate idols, glassware, and Vastu items.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays).

  • Orders requiring special customization (e.g., specific Pran Pratishtha or engraving) may take an additional 2-3 days for processing.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking details.

3. Specialized Packaging for Sacred Items

We understand the value and delicacy of our products. Our packaging procedure is designed for maximum safety:

  • Idols/Murtis: Idols, especially those made of marble, brass, or resin, are wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, secured with cushioning material (foam/thermocol chips), and double-boxed to prevent in-transit damage.

  • Pooja Samagri (Perishables/Liquids): Items like oils, Ghee, and holy water are sealed multiple times and placed in separate waterproof pouches to prevent leakage from affecting other items in the package.

  • Vastu Decor: Fragile Vastu items, such as crystals and glass products, are securely padded to maintain their integrity.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number and a link to the courier partner's website via email and SMS once your order has been shipped. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

5. Shipping Delays and Issues

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delivery windows are approximate and depend on the courier partner. We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, civil unrest, or severe weather).

  • High-volume seasonal periods (e.g., Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi).

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged Shipment

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately, or record the damage with the delivery agent present.

  • If you accept a damaged package, you must provide the mandatory unboxing video and photographic evidence as detailed in our Return Policy within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.

7. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination country.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees applicable in the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
